Process Not Visible in To Do
Do not panic, just do these checks before you reach out for help!
1. Check your Filled Section. If the Process is already in filled status for the date or period you are trying to fill for, this makes sense why the Process is not visible in your To Do.
2. Get to know from Business if the Process you are trying to fill for has a cut-off. This information can be given by the Process Owner. You can reach out internally to know who is the Process Owner and know well about your Process.
3. If this a new Process that you have never filled for and after having checks on points 1,2... Reach out to the Process Owner for assignment of this Process to your ID. You will receive app/Email notifications basing on the Platform you chose to use Wooqer about the details of the Process.
