What is a Survey?

A survey is a method of gathering information from a sample of people, with the intention of generalizing the results to a larger population. Surveys provide a critical source of data and insights for nearly everyone engaged in the information economy, from businesses and the media to government and academics.

Wooqer enables organizations to conduct surveys for internal purposes and it can be extended for external stakeholders. Producers can create surveys to gain insight on various parameters such as:

How to create a Survey on Wooqer

To create a survey on Wooqer, an individual must ensure the following prerequisites are in place:

  • He/She is associated with Wooqer i.e, he has an account on Wooqer.
  • He/She has content creation rights enabled.

(Once these prerequisites are in place, the individual can move ahead with creating surveys on the platform)

This is how one can achieve the following task

1. Producers will need to login to the portal with their given Wooqer credentials.

2. Upon logging into the portal, access the producer view (Refer to the screenshot to understand how to access producer view) Access Producer View.png

3. Once redirected to the producer view layout, select Survey from the Dashboard of Producer View (Refer to the screenshot) Survey.png

4. You will be redirected to the following page, where you will be asked to create the survey by providing a name.800px

5. You further will be redirected to the process configuration where you are asked to fill the necessary details namely:Tuto Survey.JPG

  • Name
  • Objective-Objective of the survey
  • Content Type:
  • a. None- You can build your content
  • b. My Content- Through this tool, you can add Images/Videos or previously added questions.
  • Introduction- Brief introduction about the survey
  • Build Survey (Question Building)
  • Instruction (Optional)
  • Periodicity
  • Single
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly
  • Timezone
  • Closing Text
  • Closing Condition
  • Date- End Date
  • % of Correspondents-Percentage Value

Click on save after filling in all the required details

  • Users can also add in Images/Videos in Surveys by choosing My Content from Content Type

6. Add in the desired number of participants by either clicking on Assign (For internal users) or add external users as participants by clicking on the invite icon and adding comma separated Email IDs' of the attendees.

7. Once you have completed step 6, activate the survey and an in-app as well Email Notification will be sent to the invitees with the following subject line "Survey (Name of Survey) for you"

  • Note: Vernacular languages are supported on Wooqer

Response Analytics

  • How to access and analyse Survey Report

A producer can easily view reports by following the below mentioned steps:

1. Producers will need to login to the portal with their given Wooqer credentials.

2.Click on Reports and then go to Survey Reports section. Survey Tuto.JPG

3. Type the name of the survey in the search box and then click on the Analyze button (blue pi chart icon) against the name of the survey.Survey Reports.JPG

4. Once redirected, you will see question wise responses with various parameters based on the question type set while preparing the survey. Survey Response.JPG

5. If you click on the Chart, you will get an in-dept analysis of responses given against each question. Survey Analyse.JPG

  • In the survey report layout,you will also see the completion percentage of the survey and also the number of users (Internal Employees) who have been assigned the following survey.

  • In the survey report layout, users can remind participants to the survey to complete the survey by clicking on Remind and triggering an Email reminder to the participants.

  • Note: White Labelling or Personal Branding option is not available on the platform as of now.
