Queued for Submission

There are times when the record gets queued for submission. The main reason for this is when you submit data in a process, a lot of background work happens before it gets completely processed into the DB and this takes some time depending upon the size of the data you have submitted.

When this happens, you must ensure to keep in mind of the following:

• Do not refresh the Private Internet. This would lead to removal of the filled record from the app and you will have to re-fill the same again.

• Do not navigate backwards.

However, if you have slow net connectivity and have followed the above-mentioned steps, the process will be successfully submitted once the device is connected to an internet connection.

Only in a few rare cases, the records does not get auto-submitted due to some device configuration settings. In those situations, you will have to submit the process manually from the Outbox.
