* Steps to create new users through bulk upload :

1. Download the template by clicking on New Users option

2. Download the linked data required to fill up the sheet.

3. Fill up the necessary fields in the downloaded excel sheet (mandatory and non-mandatory).

4. Upload the file by clicking on Choose File button.

Once the file is successfully uploaded, a unique ID is generated. This is used as a reference ID for the status of the upload. The time taken for the system to process the data is between 4 to 12 hours.


* Limitations :

1. Only ‘.xls’ and ‘.xlsx’ files are accepted for data processing.

2. Columns, as given in the template must be in the exact order. The system does not reject those that have different headers, but interprets them differently.

3. Any formatting done to the sheets / cells can lead to misinterpretation of data.

4. All sheets of the files are taken into consideration for data upload.

5. Any cell going out of bounds (in terms of character limits) will still be taken as input by the system, but the characters accepted will stop at the character limit of the attribute.

6. Maximum number of rows that can be processed at a time is 2000. Any file containing more than 2000 lines, will only retain the first 2000 lines (including the header).



* Challenges :

  • Upload failed due to Duplicate Employee ID → A user with the same employee ID as any other user in your Private Internet cannot be created. For example: if the user already have an ID with email ‘help@wooqer.com’ with employee ID WQ001, the system will not allow to create another user with email ‘acc@wooqer.com’ with employee ID WQ001. However, a user with email ‘acc@wooqer.com’ with employee ID: WQ002 can be created.
  • Upload failed due to Duplicate User Email → A user with the email as any other user in your Private Internet cannot be created. For example: if the user already have ID named ‘Tuto Partner’ with email tuto@wooqer.com, the system will not allow to create another ID named ‘Wooqer Partner’ with email tuto@wooqer.com. However, a user named ‘Wooqer Partner’ with email: help@wooqer.com can be created.
  • Upload failed due to Invalid Country Code → The country code can be blank or a maximum of 4 characters in length. The field only accepts numbers as input. Any input not conforming to these standards will be invalidated by the system.
  • Upload failed due to Invalid mobile → The mobile number must be between 8 to 10 characters in length. The field only accepts numbers as input. Any input not conforming to these standards will be invalidated by the system.
  • Upload failed due to Invalid Store/Wooq Store ID → The system checks for the combination, i.e. check if any Store is present in the Private Internet that has the entered storeCode and wooqStoreId. If none found. it will show the reason for failure as Invalid Store/Wooq Store ID.
  • Upload failed due to Invalid Role/Wooq Role ID → the system checks for the combination, i.e. check if any role is present in the Private Internet that has the entered role code and WooqRole Id. If none found, it will show the reason for failure as Invalid Role.
