Working with notification.

Wooqer provides an extensive notification framework using which users can get notifications about upcoming events / record submission and many others.

Based on the process, different kinds of notifications can be setup, it varies between a normal process and a group of process more commonly known as Master Child Process, where in various processes are grouped under a Master process.

Notification is user level – Each user has to go and set the desired type of notification which he/she wants.

For setting up notification we need to go to

  • Reports → Process Reports → Search for specific process → Notifications

Non MLRA Process

For a non MLRA we get the above options

1.Each Submission->User can subscribe to get a notification for every submission that has been made (With or without attachment). The attachment can either have all questions/only answered questions. 2.Incomplete by End Period/Cut-off->User gets notification with the list of coverage for which submissions have not been done after the cut-off/End period. 3.Complete by End period/Cut-off->Users gets notification with the list of coverage for which submissions have been done before the end period/cutoff. 4.Notify Before End Period->User can specify the days before cut-off in case the process has cut-off with the time.

MLRA /Master Child Process

For a Master – Child/MLRA process

There are 3 additional notification settings in case of Master Child /MLRA processes.

1.Notify not action-ed before->User can specify the number of days and the time at which he want to receive a notification which defines the list of coverage which have not been acted upon before the set due date. 2.Notify not action-ed after->User can specify the number of days and the time at which he want to receive a notification which defines the list of coverage which have not been acted upon after the set due date. 3.Notify Blank due date -> User can set the days after submission to receive notification which gives the count of requests which has no due date set on it.

Working with Reminder

This the process owner/creator sets the reminder which will be sent to all the assignee's to whom the process is assigned.

•Non MLRA Process

Process creator can send reminders to all the assignee's to whom the process is assigned. At the time set the email/sms reminders will be sent to all those users who haven’t filled the process.

•MLRA Process

MLRA 4.png For an MLRA Process an additional notification will be present which can be sent to the approver, who is assigned to act on the request. Here the user can specify the number of days before the due date as to when the reminder should be sent. The frequency of days can also be mentioned.
